Girls on the Run Middle Tennessee serves Davidson, Montgomery, Rutherford, Sumner, and Williamson Counties for fifteen years and is excited to now include Wilson County!

Our 2025 Fall Season will begin the week of September 23rd. This page will have a current list of program locations available when program registration opens in August 2025. Please submit your site application a.s.a.p for site registration deadline in July 15, 2025.

Each Girls on the Run program includes fun and interactive lessons to meet the unique needs of participants of all abilities and backgrounds.

What it is:

Girls on the Run inspires girls of all abilities to recognize their individual strengths, while building a sense of connection in a team setting. Volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development to enable girls to adapt to whatever comes their way. At the end of the season, the team completes a 5K together, which provides a tangible sense of accomplishment and sets a confident mindset into motion.
